Creative Work 3

This assignment gave individuals the option to create their own poem, story, or essay of their choosing.

For this assignment, I got to create a poem about my childhood home, where I grew up. Usually, when I write things, I create small stories or poems. But this specific piece allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and approach the assignment from a different perspective.

What I learned

I chose to highlight this assignment because this course is not healthcare-related, but it helped me learn more about myself, especially my interests. Although I really enjoyed this course and was encouraged to pick it up as a minor. It overall pushed me to take more electives, and it eventually led me to choose a minor in Public Health.
