Strategic Planning

Strategic Plan Preliminary Working Draft

This assignment allowed students to pick a healthcare organization of their choosing, gather information, and organize it into a professional draft for the fiscal year.

In this slideshow presentation, I completed research on the Cleveland Heart Clinic in Ohio. This assignment gave me a better understanding of how much time goes into creating a Strategic Plan document. Specifically, when it comes to ensuring that details in the document are well-thought-out and accurate.

What I learned

I chose to highlight this assignment because although it took quite some time to complete. It taught me the importance of double-checking the information I gather. As well as gaining a better perspective of what a preliminary working draft would look like, and all the components that go into it.
